Traditional Photographic Paper

Gloss - Shiny Surface that has tremendous impact. It is highly reflective however and is not normally used for enlargements (except when choosing metallic paper).

Lustre/Matte - more subtle surface that stand up to day to day handling more readily. It is resistant to showing fingerprints and because it's not so reflective, it is the paper of choice for enlargement sizes,

Metallic - Our premium paper surface for that special print. Works well with bold colours (red's blue's & greens) and give the print an almost 3 dimensional feel. Smallest paper size is 6x8 - 15x20cm (you could lay out 2 4x6 - 10x15cm prints on that).

Wide Format

Canvas - Best use for ink-jet media with pigment inks. Very popular service for people who want to create personalised artwork for their home. There are various methods of mounting canvas prints, the most popular of which is the image wrap. The canvas is wrapped around special stretcher bars and is then made ready to hang right on the wall...no frame required!

Fine-Art - use to get a more textured look than is possible with traditional photographic papers

Silk - often used for sewing images into a quilt.

We define ourselves as a semi-pro lab. This means we are a retail shop front (selling frames, albums, cameras, digital consumables, etc), with high-end processing capabilities.

We print both traditional silver halide film, as well as digital sourced images onto traditional photo paper. This guarantees your treasured memories and images to last for at least 100 years (independent tests)

Those of you who have digital images can either download and use our home-ordering software; e-mail us your special image, upload it to us, or bring it in on a smart media/compact flash card, CD, Zip, or pretty much any media you can think of and we'll print your image while you wait (subject to workload commitments).
